As a professional ontological coach and practitioner of workplace and organizational neurodecoding (NDL&O), I support individuals and teams through attentive listening, thoughtful questions, and practical strategies.

From my academy in Oslo, I combine education, languages, translation, and coaching to help people and organizations recognize their strengths, navigate change, and progress toward their goals.
